BP, Feinberg, and Oil Spill Claims

More than ten months after the Deepwater Horizon disaster, people throughout Northwest Florida are continuing to face delays in payment or are having their claims outright denied with little explanation.  As of last Friday, the GCCF had only made one full review final payment in Florida.  Of the 107,000 claims filed in Florida, only 43,000 claimants have been paid, less than 40 percent

Do you still have an out standing claim with BP?

    And recently BP says they see no reason to pay any future claims that may arise. Please make this right and hold them accountable!
